PhotoColors is designed with your privacy in mind. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.

1. Data Collection

PhotoColors does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, telemetry, analytics, or usage metrics from your device.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

No account or registration is required.
No personal identification information (Name, Email, etc.) is collected.
No advertising networks are used.

3. Photo Library Access

PhotoColors requests access to your photo library for two purposes:

Read access — to let you select a photo for color extraction.
Write access — to save the composited image back to your library.

Core image processing happens locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

PhotoColors requires a PhotoColors Pro subscription. The transaction is processed securely by Apple via the App Store. PhotoColors does not collect or store your credit card or financial information. Apple provides us with anonymized transaction identifiers to confirm your active subscription status.
